DEAR SIR,

I have registered my mobile tele 9878253754 for do not disturb calls vide registeration No S 1010394098 dated 7 Mar 09. I was promised that there will be no DNDC after45 days. More than 45 days have passed I am still being disturbed. I feel very upset when I am attending to important work or busy in a meeting. I went to the office of the company in Phase III B 2, but the persons did not listen to me. I spoke to their nodal officer on 2 Jul 09 who promised to take action. Again on 16 Jul 09, I spoke to their Nodal Officer Tele No 9878434865 who promised that the calls will be stopped within couple of days. Still I am being disturbed. On 20 Jul 09 as a last resort I went to Company"s office on 20 Jul 09. The complaint was registered. I am stilll being harassed. My second complaint with this Company is that whenever I dial Reliance Prep[aid Mobile No 9357832375 and the reliance telephone does not answer, the call should be treated as miss call". However, the amount is deducted from me. The reply given was that there must be some voice mail service in Reliance telephone. This plea is not correct as the Reliance telephone i pre-paid service. CDMA is not supporting voice mail service..
