MOBILE BALANCE REDUCED TO NEGATIVE TO -RS. 30 FROM RS.156

Sir,

we have lodged complaint regarding our mobile balance which has been automatically got to negative of Rs. 30/- with the Airtel Customer care. The customer care is saying that it was Rs. 156/- on 20/07. on that day I was in roaming, and i got changed my Airtel Sim Card to Local Idea Sim. I didn't used the Airtel Sim on that day. But the customer care is saying that on that day 92 SMS were sent but I have not in use of same SIM on that day.
