Defrauding prepaid customers by activating VAS without our permission

I have been defrauded by Airtel by activating various VAS services without asking for them and debiting money from my prepaid account. The calls to customer service several times resulted in just assurances and very next day the services are activated again. The company has defrauded me of several hundred rupees by this manner. Some people in the company are cheaters who do this to show sales or the company has instructed people to defraud unknowing customers in this way
