Unsubscribing hellotune

While making a telephone call to 9871279031 I pressed the star {*} button by mistake. After the call was over I got a SMS that a hellotune has been activated. Immediately I contacted the Customer Care 121. They stopped the helotune but expressed their inability to withdraw a charge of Rs. 45. I have never had any helotune neither I want to have one. You are requested to do the needful so that I need not pay any thing towards this.
