Issues with Do Not Disturb Service

Hi,

I am an airtel corporate customer for about 4 years and registered for Do not disturb service long time back. My number is 9810724954. I have been recieving messages form different builders about the availability of apartments and flats in different locations across the NCR. I have spoken to customer care and the TRANSACTION ID is 937148625 and 939602186 and I was assured that it will be taken care of, however, the problem has still not been resolved. I would like to know that what is the next level to which I need to go to get this problem resolved as the messages drop in at any time of the day. I am very well aware of the brands to which I have subscribed. If AIRTEL cannot do anything about this, then whom should I approach for this problem?
