Non receipt of Airtel dish connection after 6 months of getting one

I live in Bangalore and I got Airtel dish connection in January. My apartment had restrictions installing dish on terrace and hence we initiated transfer of dish to our home in Chennai. Even after 6 months and with about 50 mails, calls, the dish transfer is not done. Lately I have been talking to one Sathish, who claimed to be the Service Manager in Bangalore. He had only made false promises and no action has been done until now. This whole issue had led to a lot of mental agony from our end and waste of time, you can imagine what would happen if we had to follow up on something we own for 50 times and still do not get it done. what is so hard for a company to service its customers for the products that they offer? we are not demanding anything that does not belong to us. It has turned out to be such a bitter experience. Can someone in Airtel take a look at this and not end up with dissatisfied customers?
