Improper service

HI,

I have a post paid connection of Airtel with no; 9890890283, from past four I am following up with airtel to change my bill plan, every time they give an excuse, my query is not answered, i had escalated this issue to Airtel Seniors, but still the results are same, due to all this I have to Suffer heavy call Charges, Though had informed them that i am in roaming and this requirement is urgent. I have attached some of the airtel communication details for your reference
