Dear Team,
There is a coupon (Prepaid) of Rs. 10/- which was released from Bharti Airtel. but in Bangalore, in some places like Mattikere, Yeshawantpur, the currencies are sold at the cost of 11/-. When asked to the seller, the answer was that, they are not getting sufficient currencies to sell and they have to bring these from far (near to Majestic). Hence they are charging 1/- extra for these coupons. Perticularly MBA Enterprises, Near 8th Cross, 8th Main, SBM Colony, Mattikere, Bangalore-54.
About the currency supplier:
He also told about the dealer, who supplies currecy to the sellers, wants the selller to buy which denomiation he have.(its nothing but forcing them). The sellers wont get the currency they want.
About the call center:
When i called to customer care to complain about this, Mr. Sanjay (may be the wrong name!), received my called. When i insisted to take my complaint he told that he can't take complaint and will inform the seniors. When i asked them, how can i come to know if the complaint is resolved or not?? then he insisted me to buy the currency in the same shop. If i have been charged Rs. 10/- then just think that the problem is solved. If not then its not solved.
Dear Team,
Kindly check about this issued and take action on the sellers and dealers also.
Hoping for the better results..
