No clip display

My postpaid no. is 9818385503 and my connection was renewed in march'09 and as per the offer there was 2 years rent free subscription and no clip charges will be added. But in my bill Rs 50 are added for clip charges every month. In my last bill, when i informed customer executive about it, he deducted Rs 50 from my bill but since then there is no display of any number in my mobile due to which i am facing a lot af problem. I wish to solve the problem as soon as possible.
