Worng charges against value added services

In bill for july following charges are wrongly claimed in

bill and we have not used services for this.

1. sl no 52 to 61 charges Rs 60 each against number5664424 total

amount 495.00 2. sl no sms section Rs 1 each for number 290602 total

amount Rs 76.

i have taken this complain with nodal level of airtel but they are not listioning and without analysing issue they are giving response that their claim is correct and i have to pay what ever they are billing.
