Lifetime two times & executiue talk rudly

Dear sir,

i hv airtel prepaid no.9867415966.I refilled by rs99 but only 10 added to my bal. When i called cust care two times same executive talked very rudly and disconnect me, third time a female executive told me u hv recharged for lifetime and we cannot do anythng.

Sir pls tell me any number can recharged lifetime two times. If not pls adjust my payment.
