Airtel
No service, only getting bills

Since last 1 month, i am struggling to get my airtel landline to be re-connected, shifted my house from Dwarka sec 22 to Dwarka (N Delhi) Sec 1, last month.

But no response, have been calling 1 to 3 times daily to customer care office, getting reply: Today it will be done, by 5 pm it will be done, within 24 hrs it will be done, but nothing happening on ground.

I have got series of SERVICE REQUEST REFERECNE NOs... 90537335 (july 23), 2276340 (july 31), 90665454 (aug 4), 22803082 (Aug 5), ...

What a Company, ... Woudl like to tell Airtel top mgmt and Sunil Bharti Mittal to look in these matters, then think of making Airtel Globally competitive organisation...
