Without giing prior information deduted 20ruppies from my prepaid aount

I was litening music on site http:/music.fullorissa.com.there was a visual display of free shiv ganesh mob pic. clic here. I click that then there a message enter your mob no. After entering mob no there was a mesage in my mob .that was showing a code no, then I enter the code no then a message came that you have done the subscibe, and imediately they have deducted 20 ruppies from my acount where as there was no prior information about the subscription.please consider .my case because my set is not having fascility to brows the wall paper.my mob no is 9602017459.
