Original Talk Plan not Reverted

To Whomsoever It May Concern,

We have been using Airtel Numbers, 9096363017 and 9096363043 with the "My campus plans" on these two numbers from the past one year. When the validity of the card was about to expire, I got an IVR generated call from Airtel on 5th August 09 at 12.45pm, informing to Recharge using Rs. 27 easy recharge to extend the validity. We did the same and after that the original talk plan has been changed. We wanted to clarify this with the Customer Care but to our horror we are not able to connect to the Customer Care department from these two numbers, SO we went to the Hadapsar Airtel Center and there we called the hotline Number. Initially spoke to a lady and she was rude and unwilling to help, so we asked her to transfer the call to the supervisor. We spoke to the supervisor "Avinash" and he told that he has sent a mail, and it was all a technical error and the plan will be reverted within 24 hours. The complaint Number is 80834285500. The error has not yet been rectified (I am complaining after 24 hours) and I am not able to contact Customer Care directly (to speak to the representative) from any of these numbers. This is pure harassment.
