Irresposible of cutemer care

Since i joined airtel subscriber, i m using my mobile for my business pupose. hence the number i given all my supplier and custemers, i have taken the connection as prepaid and now the airtel become one of cheating company in kerala. as a custemer, when we try to ask some doubt totheir custemer care, the number will be disconnected automatically. they are diducting the money from my acccout as their wish. they may feel no one can ask aganist their guilty. i would like to complaint much more about the service of airtel but why i shoud do it? no one going to hear my complaint and find out a solution. pleae take necessary step to reach you by your 121 number.
