WRONG CHARGES MADE BY AIRTEL PREPAID

Respected Sir,

I am Badal Shah from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My cell no. is 9998931828. I am using AON (paid service) of airtel & i am paying 99 Rs. every month. Last night i am surfing net on my cell, at the same time my cell wa going slep down & same time i have catched. at the same movment by mistake i have clicked on advertisement of Airtel which was made by operator on site & within 2 second i have already cancled that process & than with in 2 minutes i have received SMS from airtel that "Thanks for downloading Javagame from Airtel Live WAP service. You have been charged Rs. 99. Enjoy." but i have not downloaded any games from net nor used airtellive as i am using AON so why they have charged 99 Rs. Then i have called customer care & their response is so down level poor. That's why i have to bring this issue to your notice.
