Very delayed sorting out of complaint

For the last 15 days my internet connection and the landline both are giving problems and the complaints have been lodged in the airtel customer care centre for 4-5 times but the response is not satisfactory. They fix the landline but internet connection is still not working. I have to bear losses due to this in both business and my personal life so i want the company to be dealt about it as it has not been the first time when it happened and they should give rebate for these days on the bill.
