BALANCE DEDUCTED WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that approximately Rs.30 has been deducted from my prepaid account yesterday . i found that internet connection was activated without my knowledge. when i asked for an explanation the customercare executive said their system had not been updated, details would be forwarded to me by 6 pm today i.e. 11th august. These has been no response from their side, no explanation offered to me either. I would request you to look into the matter as early as possible.
