Un wanted deduction from account

Sir/Madam,

My Airtel Mobile No- 9910602705,

I never asked for any Poly Pack Tone up to the best of my knowledge till date, But Polytone charged for renewal are continued every month from last 3 months. though I sent this massage to Airtel service on 25 july, also contacted customer care executives, till date I could not get satisfactory reply. Whenever I recharged my mobile account, automatically Rs 50/-, 25/-, 25/- deducted & find msg Polypack tone renewed successfully.
