Sir,
i am a postpaid customer and using airtel (919995883185) for a long time now. recently i went to airtel Kadavanthara cochin office and wanted my postpaid connection to be converted to prepaid. the person sitting there told me to clear the dues and my place a request. I cleared all my dues and placed a request on 07 August. i was told that it will take max 48 hours and i wil receieve a message that my connection is converted. he told me that i have to recharge my connection after receiving that message from customer care.till today 13 August i havent recieved any message from them and my incoming outgoing is barred. I called up several times the airtel kadavanthara office but no response. A lady sitting there even dont know how to do this connection activation. nobody receives the calls there. its very disappointing to say that airtel is providing very very poor customer service in Cochin. I am really disappointed with the services of kadavanthara office.
