CUG numbes are getting charged

All m cug Benefits are getting charged. And they will say that other numbers dosent belong to parent company and my number is added to parent id. If other person calls for is number they say that their number is under parent id and my number is not under parent id. These airtel people are bluffing me. So i decided to go consumer forum i already started the process how to file papers.
