Prepaid to postpaid convertion

Sir, i have a prepaid airtel mobile connection. Now i visted airtel custm care centre located near ecil crossroads, for migration to apostpaid connection. They are not willing to do so, because my address not comes under postpaid circumstances, as my residance is part of hyd, my address is 463/g1, prajaysai gardens, bandlaguda, keesaea[mandal], RR DIST.

SO, PLESE FIND ME A SOLUTION REGARDING THIS MIGRATION.
