Re-charge talktime

My Name is Reju K.G and my mob no.9818868252.I recharged Rs.197 on 8th Aug. At that time i got 444 min a to a talktime. But after 3 days i didnt get remaining talktime of 556 min. When i complaint to cust. care they told me that you will not get this remaining talktime, because this offer is withdrawed.

But I got this offer msg of 1000 min a to a after 8th Aug. Why are u cheating like this. I am angry and this is too very bad service.
