Not replying on our issue

my name is imran malik jhakowala i am useing aritel prepaid and my number (919096667423) from a year. my problem is that my balance is getting deducted unneccerey and when i am calling customer service number (121) they r not resoliving my problem and when i am calling them they are keeping my call on hold for 5 to 10 minuts and then they are hung up my call, and once they were rude on me the agentover there he was shouting on me. so plz do take this case very serouisley or ill do something to my self and write a complain for airtel i belive you people will take some serious action andget back to me as soon as posibale. maharastra nashik
