About invalid money deduction from balance

Hi, ..

i m a airtel user... since last 15 days daily there is a deducton in my balance of my cellphone... they are charging it for using there servise named as gclub... but im not using this kind of any service at all... my no. is 9957888134..

plz take action as soon as possible.
