Cheating the customer and calling them cheater

I paid the post paid bill using a Check. and it never got updated for two months. then I stopped paying the bills as hope to resolve the issue. They barred my outgoing and incoming. But they never forgot add monthly rental. Now the bill is 1045 and they have updated my previous issue and now asking to pay billls . what iam supposed to u
