Alance depletion for the mobile number 9994922918

Sir/Madam, It is to inform to you that my balance is unnecessery deducted from my account without any information from the service provider. And on enquiry from customer care they didnot gave me any details about the issue & also didnot pay any attention towards the complaint. So, it is my request to go through the situation & take necessary step against the customer care.

Amount deducted: in minus today isRs -9.65

Date and Time: from june 20th and till now

Initial balance : 33.65

final balance :-9.65

from daily i mess like this and you reply something and finally i take decission according to my lawyer...

daily you report like something dont worry about my problem
