Airtel, Please change your service standards. Its the poorest and slowest access for the customers. Your toll free service staff is making false committments to customers and one has to

wait for minimum 10 mins to get in touch with your associate. Its really annoying. I have lost faith in your CO. 3phone calls, only fake assurances in returns . my complaint number is 950555/19thAug-09 . still only assurances, no resolve.
