We hav brouht a airtel postpaid sim and its first bill was due to some problem the coustomer care executive alled us and she abused us like anything. i think these people should be taught a lesson how to talk to coustomers if they have any problem paying bill they should ask first rather than threatning cour notice or using abusive words.
