Wrong Billing

I went to china for attending conference i bought calling card from Airtel service centre of Rs 500. I have dial code of china as mentioned in the card. The Airtel has charges double as my mobile has IDS but i have not used. I complaint to Airtel on 121 but they replied the bill is correct the bill is too much. My card has limitation i have used only that. In my Airtel bill they are showing same china code for international dialing i have to dial 00 then country code of India then residence number. The billing is wrong. Please look into this matter. My mobile no is 9818227787. I have not paid bill.
