Deducted money from phone

Sir/madam

I am ankit Goyal and i am airtel prepaid user and my number is 09760449177 and i am using net on phone service on airtel. I downloded Java game on my phone by mistake at the date of 21august (12:19pm) after doing this 99rupees was deducated from my phone and also game was not given me then i called on customer care and i told them about this and they said to me that i have written your copmplaint and your complaint reference number is 3082121796300 and they said to me that either your money will be returned or your game will be returned before 25 august til 1:00pm but after closing this time didnt happen again i called on customer care and they said to me that i am seeing and cutted my phone and didnt happen so sir plz help me bcoz i have not received anything til now.
