Not unsubscribing inspite of repeated request

I m a subscriber of bihar circle. Reached Delhi on 21st aug 09.Recieved message for activating swine flu alert with a note that to unsubscribe message (54321) which i did for three consecutive days. I recieved back message (message recieved with no result). I also called up customer support service and was provided a number 121 which, when i did, replied that no services was providede on my number.
Now-
1.How can i deactivate the services, which they are not doing? (for which every day i have to pay 2Rupees for a month.)
2.I want information that if a company having "MILLIONS OF SUBSCRIBERS"just get 1, 2 or 3 Rupees revenue back with such unlawful activities, they are earning millions of unaccounted money.
I have a record of all the messages to justify my claim.
