Dear Sir,

My name is Bijo Samuel and i am using this Air-tel from a long period my phone number is 9995276902, Today i received your service message that RC with 155 with full talk time, so i did it, but when i checked the balance it was not there, so i talked to the retailer about this problem and they called 12144 to confirm this. This retailer is running a medical shop at that time they were very busy and asked to talk to the lady of the above mentioned number, while i was talking she told me to stop the loudspeaker of the phone, I told this lady that the loudspeaker was off and i was talking through the handset. but she did not believe me and she insulted me very badly. I went to your Pattom branch in Trivandrum to complaint against this matter. I have a request that please don't allow your staff to behave like this to your customers. I like your services very much please don't repeat this with others.
