Fraud charges

I am using the gprs connection (internet service) of this company from 12/08/09 thus while using this service whenever i recharge my number i recieved a message after a short time that u have downloaded a java game or wallpaper or mp3 tone and some other services. For this purpose i have changed my previous airtel sim because i think this card is creating problem but in this new connection i am facing very huge problem so please help me and take me out from this damn problem... Saad
