Continuously getting Promotional SMS after DND Activation

I am an Customer of Airtel using Mobile Num "981067809". I hv activated DND eventhen i am Continuously getting Promotional SMS."LM-IDBICAP" is one of the Promotional sms sender, so many times i logged complaint against this SMS sender to airtel but they said after activating DND i will not recieve promotional sms from this but after activating, it has not been blocked.when i compaint to airtel, they raise a new compaint dated 28-Aug-09 compaint no 22393683 and told me it will take some time and compaint will be solved on 9-sep-09.

Now i want to know, why should i wait till 9-sep-09 although i already has been waited for 45 days.

so, what is the solution toward this...
