WITHOUT INTIMATAING THEY ACTIVATED SERVICES AND DEBITED THE TALK TIME AMOUNT

I have not requested for voice chat and hello tune service from AIRTEL.But they activated and debited the amount Rs75/- from my account. I called and verified with AIRTEL customer care people. They haven't given proper reply and arguing with me you made the request. Ms praveena (circulation manager) is not behaving properly with the customers. Please take proper action against her and see that my amount will credit to my account
