Deduction of amount without activation of any servites

Customer Care Manager,

Since last three months I have noticed that my balance in mobile is deducted without my permission/any service activation. May I know that on what ground you people are deducting the amount regularly.

For confirmation I get recharged my mobile yesterday i.e. on 28.08.2009 of Rs.100/- and today there is NIL Balance. This kind of services you are providing to your customers.

I am using the prepaid connection of Airtel Mobile since last 5 Years, my mobile number is 9871367213, I have not noticed this before, but this is ridiculous.

As per the government rules, as you may be aware better than me that you cannot activate any paid services without informing to your customers.

And your Customer Care executives are great either they don’t have any knowledge or they have been told that how to make your Customer fool to make profit to your company.

I hope that my complaint has been registered and the amount deducted will be refunded to me immediately. Otherwise I will be forced to take this issue to Consumer Forum without any further delay.
