Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Sankar Kumar Das, owner of Airtel connection (Mob No: 91 9008567928) and a regular user of Mobile Office facility with airtel, similarly on 23rd August’09 I tried to activate the same however the service was not activated when contacting Airtel I was informed that this service was withdrawn and I have to recharge with INR 89/- to avail this service. As per their instructions I did the same however the same was not activated hence I have registered a complaint with customer care. Complaint No: 4905 and was told the same will be activated in 24 hrs which didn’t happen, then I called CC again and spoke to the Floor supervisor and again he registered a complaint (Complaint no: 0827459905) however the service was not activated and I receive a call from Airtel (Calling No: 91 9621121121) Mr. Jayanth and he was rude and so un professional and claims that there was no recharge done on my number and I am being dishonest which hurt my self respect and he also claims to be the boss of the company and has no reporting manager also he clearly stated that i can in to consumer court and register a complaint when asked. Please help me getting justice as a consumer.
