Unnecessarily taking charges

they have been charging me often.whenever i asked them they are telling the same reason that they will respond soon. But till now no response. Even they didnot tell why they are taking charges.i have filed a complaint in airtel customer services frequently (23, 27 and 29th aug).i requst you to pls take any actions.my mobile number is 9952717121
