Bared all Incoming and Outgoing Calls

Hi,

I took the Airtel Sim on 1st Nov and it was rechareged for 495 Rs to make it life time card.

After 10 days Airtel bared all incoming and outgoing calls from this number even though I have submitted all my documents correctly. After that I have enquired in the Airtel customer care and re-submitted the documents again on 5th Dec.

Also I have gone to airtel customer care agin and the send one mail to the concerned person and they told that the problem will be solved within 24 hours.

But, still now all outgoing and incoming calls are barred.

Please take a serious action on this.
