Dish connection not delivered

We were supposed to receive a Dish connection from Airtel in January as part of Samsung LCD TV purchase. After following up with Call center, Service managers and many, we still have not received the Dish connection after 8 months. Overall there was no single version of truth from Airtel Service folks. The Call center says the connection is cancelled. The Service Manager promised to install one day and did not get it done. When we call him after that, he does not answer the phone. It has been a pathetic experience and lot of stress just dealing with Service people acting so unprofessional. Here is the phone number of the Service manager who gave a hard time.
