BALANCE DEDUCTED WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that Rs.100 has been deducted from my prepaid account on 02/09 in between 1:30 AM to 2 AM . and I got 2 messages, one of which explain the deduction of 30 rupees and other 5 rupees but did not get any further message. On 02/09 at 10:30 AM when I asked for an explanation the customer care executive said that 5 java games had been downloaded in my mobile whereas the handset I was using at that time is not GPRS enabled as well as not java enabled. When I charged him he forwarded my line to their supervisor and she said that she would refund my balance after disconnecting my Airtel Live. Obviously I did not agree with her, so that i did not get my balance. I would request you to look into the matter as early as possible.
