Money getting reduced on prepaid

My number is 9004631649. I have lifetime prepaid on my number. recently my money was getting reduced after getting sms from 290603. after that i had charged 100 rs still money kept on decreasing even after not using it. I never asked any service from airtel. After that i sent STOP message to 121 still money kept on reducing then i went to nearest gallery they told me that they will do something and i will be refund me the amount but still I am getting sms... I don`t know what to do should i go to police or go to different service provider.
