Call records

1. I am Capt M R bhavani, i am working in army.

2. recently there was a requirement of call records of an airtel number to investigate an matter within the army.

3. i had approached the airtel office at gagtok to seek their help. the incocoperative staff told me that i have to come through the poice even after giving them the logic that the army does not come under civil court and that it is empowered to handle its own cases.

4. the call record was required to solve certain irregularities in the case and the case is being kept pending for the same.

5.the staff at gagtok office would not give me any other contact person of yours who i can approach..

this atroshious behaviour brings me to surprise...

6.well, i was devoid of right to information.

7.i look forward for an solution as to where can i get the call history from? and who should i contact..
