Rs 500 deduct from my acc

i jitender malhotra submit a complaint on dated 17-08-09, with refernce to Rs 500 deduct from my acc.as per thier offer on last month i have reacive a call from airtel office they tell me offer that for some sepical costumer u have charge 500 rs for two months MOBILE OFFICE i.e (M O) but on last month on dated 13th rs 500 is deduct from my acc.i have complaint.many time from costumer care they also asure me that in 24 hours ur money is back in ur acc.but still it is not, iam comlaint so many time but airtel dose not take any action
