Deduction of undue charges from past fifteen days

This is to bring to your notice that from past fifteen days, some services are being activated on my cell no. 9634378844. Even after complaining regularly, i am not gettin satisfactory response. I had already wasted a lot amount of time. Last complaint by me was submitted on 27 Aug. but i could not get response till then i am constantly reminding them but no one to listen . i feel i have to go for CONSUMER FORUM for this matter now. or i have to surrender the connection.
