Complaint against ICICI Bank

I m receving SMS on my cell no 9810003273 from ICICI Bank for last three years in the name of Mr CB Kumar. Many times i have told ICICI bank executive that this No belong to Mr Rajkishore Sejwal for last 15 years not to CB Kumar but they are not listning and they are sending sms regularly on my no. their executives regulary misbehaves with me by foul launguages i want that strict action against ICICI Bank. i have also complained this matter to 121 countmer service of Airtel but till now no action to be taken.
