Alance is get reduced for last 2 months

First i have seen the advertisement while surfing the net. I found free product message and activated that offer with my mobile number 9989689707.From that day onwards my balance is keep on deducted by RS.20 every two month. I don't why this thing is happening to me. Please get me out of this problem by deactivating that particular offer.
