Bonus Recharge of 65

Dear Sir,

First of all when calling customer care they direct us to *121# for detail. On 4/9 I enquired about bonus card recharge they suggest us to recharge with 65 for a year and A2A first Call will be charged 1/- for 2 min. and after that .40 p per min. A2O first call will be charged 1/- for 2 Min and after it, it will be .60 p and STD first call 2 min @ 1.50 after it .75p per min. and you will get 100 sms free per day. But there was not mentioned that 2 sms will be charged @ 1/- and then I will get the free sms. This is simple cheating. What is the procedure to stop this service
