NO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

My phone was stolen in which i was having AIRTEL postpaid connection Ph No. 9866104806. I was trying to block my sim card by calling the NO. 9849012345, 123 and other phone No. which i found on Airtel site but all No. are going on COMPUTERISED MESSAGE particularly for marketing of the product. I was unable to talk to customer care executive and so i was unable to block my sim card.
